Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with MEESTU by AF Textiles. We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Be free from stains, damage, or signs of use.

  • Have its original packaging, tags, and labels, where applicable.

  • Be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these conditions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.

Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind or selected the wrong product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return conditions.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or washed products.

  • Products that are stained, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Products without original packaging, tags, or labels where applicable.

  • Products returned after the 7-day return period.

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us before sending the product back.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos, if applicable

Do not send the product back without receiving return instructions from us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Original shipping or delivery charges may be non-refundable.

The time required for the refund to reach you may vary depending on your payment method, bank, or financial institution.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible products within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement has a different price, the applicable price difference may be charged or refunded.

Additional delivery charges may apply where applicable.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel it. In such cases, you may request a return according to our return policy.
